Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of client relationships and help shape the next phase of Eleven’s growth.
This role sits at the heart of the agency. You’ll own the strategic direction, growth and retention of key accounts, working closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver high-impact creative work that creates long-term value. You’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, contribute to new business activity, and support the development of our Client Services team through mentoring and line management.
The role
As an Account Director, you’ll build trusted partnerships with senior clients and act as their strategic lead. You’ll be responsible for commercial performance across your portfolio, ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget, while protecting quality and profitability.
You’ll play a key role in agency growth. That includes identifying opportunities within existing accounts, leading proposals and pitches, and helping onboard new clients. You’ll also work closely with Strategy, Creative and Operations to ensure joined-up thinking and consistently strong delivery.
