Are you a social media obsessive with a creative eye and the ability to tell a great story? We are looking for a content creator passionate about all things social who can engage with innovative, high-quality ideas and work collaboratively to implement and deliver compelling social and content campaigns for a wide range of exciting clients and brands.
The ideal candidate should be a confident self-starter with experience across all social platforms, and the ability to create and capture original and engaging ideas.
This role will ideally be based at our King’s Lynn office, with a balance of remote working considered.
Responsibilities
You will work collaboratively with all teams in the agency and will be instrumental in curating and capturing engaging content for clients, to target, build, and engage their audiences, and deliver results.
* Participation in creative meetings, bringing suggestions and ideas.
* Planning, scheduling, and management of multiple campaigns across all platforms for multiple clients and brands.
* Collaboration with wider teams to ensure social media content is supported with on‑brand, visually appealing creative, and compelling copy.
* Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on campaigns, making necessary suggestions for improvements, and continually optimising to deliver great results.
* Be curious. Continually explore ideas, trends, platforms, and technologies, undertaking training where required.
Requirements/Experience
* Proven experience in content creation and social media management (agency experience a benefit, but not essential)
* Excellent knowledge of all social platforms, and experience using their scheduling and analytics tools
* Ability to proactively create, capture & edit various types of creative and engaging social‑first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more
* Experience in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple accounts and platformsPaid & organic social media planning & campaign management
* Automotive knowledge would be beneficial, but is not essential
