The Environment Agency is fully committed to inclusivity and equal opportunities, offering flexible work arrangements for all our vacancies. Join a diverse environment where every voice is heard and valued. Do you want to effectively regulate the energy sectors to create a better place? The UK’s strategy to deliver Net Zero is driving a transformation in the energy sectors – responsible for 24% of UK GHG emissions. They’ll need to fully decarbonise by 2050 while doubling electricity production, with additional pressures from energy security to transition quickly to new sustainable sources of power, maximising domestic energy supply. Through effective regulation we must protect people and the environment from emissions and mitigate climate impacts.
