Job Summary
Kinetic is recruiting a Business Administrator to support day‑to‑day operations and project delivery across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the ordering and distribution of PPE across departments.
* Manage equipment orders for new starters and replacements.
* Support the procurement of IT equipment.
* Order office supplies, stationery, and ad‑hoc items.
* Arrange travel bookings, including hire cars when required.
* Organise medical appointments for new starters and annual renewals.
* Manage security clearance processes.
* Support tender submissions and audit preparation by organising project documentation.
* Maintain accurate records, including scanning and filing site documents and test results.
* Handle high volumes of emails and maintain organised job‑specific folders.
* Raise requisitions and monitor workflow progress.
* Maintain invoice logs and assist with project‑related data entry.
* Take meeting minutes and distribute actions.
* Coordinate internal and client meetings, ensuring effective communication.
* Prepare project start‑up packs and track updates from stakeholders.
* Produce variation quotations and customer offers as required.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
* High attention to detail, particularly around compliance requirements.
* Experience using Salesforce is desirable.
* Proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
