Employment Law Solicitor - Doncaster (Full-Time / Part-Time Considered)
We are seeking a solicitor experienced in employment law, with a focus on guiding clients through complex workplace matters with confidence. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Doncaster firm and work on a wide range of employment law cases.
Employment Solicitor Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, TUPE, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance matters.
2. Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
3. Draft employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
4. Offer clear, practical guidance to both corporate and individual clients.
5. Manage your own caseload and build strong client relationships.
Employmeny Solicitor Candidate Requirements:
6. Qualified solicitor with employment law experience (2+ years preferred).
7. In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
9. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
