Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 18:00
Week 1: Wed-Sat Week 2: Thurs-Sat

The Role:
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the technical lead on your shift, responsible for:
* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
* Leading on fault-finding and diagnostics - with a strong multiskilled focus (electrical bias ideal)
* Working closely with production and site teams to drive equipment efficiency and uptime
* Championing continuous improvement and contributing to engineering projects
* Ensuring all work meets H&S and food safety standards
* Supporting and mentoring colleagues, creating a proactive, reliable shift culture
What You'll Need:
* A background in food/FMCG manufacturing
* Proven experience in a senior or lead engineer position
* A strong multiskilled engineering profile, ideally with PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley or Siemens a bonus)
* A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
