CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial contract covering areas including parts of Swindon, Priory Wells, Bristol, and Gloucester.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to £38,000, with a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of Work & Package Information Basic Salary of up to £38,000 Travel paid after 30 minutes each way 1 in 6 Call Out Rota Sick pay Monday Friday 08:00 am 17:00pm 25 days plus bank holiday days, a day off for birthday & additional days after 4th, 5th & 6th years of tenure Company Van & Fuel Card Tablet & Work Phone Provided Full company uniform Key duties & Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and rectify leaks, clogs, and other issues promptly Execute preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential breakdowns and extend the lifespan of plumbing equipment Utilise your expertise to diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes Conduct installations, replacements, and upgrades of plumbing fixtures, ensuring compliance with industry xjlbheb standards and regulations Collaborate closely with other maintenance personnel and external contractors to coordinate repairs and renovations seamlessly Uphold stringent safety protocols and adhere to regulatory requirements to maintain a secure working environment for all Requirements NVQ/C&G Level 2 in Plumbing (Essential) Drivers License Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing Please send your CV to Archie Reed at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
