What Registered Manager Do As our Registered Manager, you’ll: Provide inspirational leadership across care, administration, and facilities teams. Ensure all CQC and statutory requirements are not just met, but exceeded. Deliver exceptional, person-centred care in line with company values and best practice. Champion the service to maintain excellent occupancy and community reputation. Support, mentor, and evaluate staff to nurture a culture of excellence. Maintain accurate records and ensure the home runs smoothly day to day. Collaborate across departments to continually improve standards of care and service.
