This is a field-based role covering South Wales and the South West, managing and growing a part established territory while opening doors to new business & cross selling. You’ll be trusted to shape your patch, build long-term partnerships, and become a familiar, credible face with customers who value expertise and reliability. You won’t be handed a script. You’ll be given autonomy, backing, and a product range that stands up to scrutiny. What you’ll be doing You’ll spend your time where it matters most: in front of customers, on site, and in the market. You will - Develop and grow strong, profitable relationships across merchants, buying groups and contractors Proactively identify and convert new opportunities across a manufactured product range and off-site solutions Raise the companys profile in the region through regular customer engagement and industry presence Plan and manage customer visits that add value, not just tick boxes Track upcoming projects and future workload to stay ahead of demand Keep close to the market, understanding competitor activity and emerging trends Use the CRM system to capture activity, opportunities and insights, ensuring nothing is missed Manage site visits and customer requirements with confidence and professionalism Who are you?
