Assistant Care Manager – Rotherslade Residential Service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year

If you have experience supervising in a residential care setting and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Overview
As Assistant Care Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager and lead a dedicated care team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll work closely with our specialist support services and play a key role in staff development, service delivery, and maintaining care standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations and lead in the Manager’s absence
* Supervise and mentor care staff
* Ensure compliance with care plans and policies
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing through person-centred activities
* Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals
What you’ll need
* QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience in residential care and managing challenging behaviours.
* Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills.
