Monarch Education is seeking a talented and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a primary school in Sutton Coldfield. The school is looking for a dedicated HLTA to provide high-quality support across the school, working closely with teachers and pupils to enhance learning and ensure an inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and have previous experience working with children in a school setting. This role involves leading learning activities, supporting class teachers, and working with pupils to promote their academic and social development. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils with additional needs, and fostering a positive classroom environment.
