* Dealing with inbound incidents and requests via our help desk
* Logging, prioritising, and classifying tickets, acquiring as much information as possible
* First line support & investigation
* Escalating to an appropriate engineer where necessary
* Updating customers on their ticket progress
* Performing daily & weekly checks of backups and remote monitoring
* Keeping help desk up to date and ensuring every ticket has time logged
