Job Title: MEICA Design Coordinator/ Project Manager
Location: St Asaph, North Wales
Hybrid working: 2-3 days a week in the office
Rate: £50-55p/h (Outside IR35)
Advance TRS are working with a specialist delivery contractor who are looking for a MEICA Design Lead/Project Manager. In this role, they are looking for someone to take ownership of key projects and lead from the front. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong technical MEICA knowledge with proven project management experience and a hands-on approach.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading MEICA design and project delivery across water projects
* Managing programmes, deliverables, and project timelines
* Coordinating design teams and supply chain partners
* Producing weekly progress reports, identifying risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
* Ensuring compliance with NEC3/4 contracts and CDM regulations
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in the water industry
* Strong understanding of MEICA and design processes
* Experience managing projects and design teams
* Good commercial awareness
* Familiar with NEC3/4 and current CDM legislation
* Proficient in Microsoft Project
* Site-based background preferred
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
* Based within commuting distance of St Asaph
