We are a fast-growing international services organisation seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This pivotal role offers a clear pathway to the Chief Executive Officer position, making it an excellent opportunity for a strategic finance leader aiming for top executive leadership.
Day-to-day of the role:
Lead the global financial strategy to drive commercial performance.
Enhance governance, financial controls, and risk management frameworks.
Oversee budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities across international regions.
Collaborate with operational leaders to boost profitability and operational efficiency.
Direct M&A activities, including due diligence and integration processes.
Develop and manage a high-performing international finance team.
Gradually take on broader enterprise-wide leadership responsibilities in preparation for the CEO transition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as CFO or divisional CFO within an international services organisation.
Demonstrated ability to influence at the Board level with strong commercial acumen.
Experience in driving growth, transformation, or international expansion.
Expertise in multi-jurisdictional finance, reporting, and compliance.
Solid track record in M&A, investment decisions, and risk management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience:
Previous P&L ownership or operational leadership.
Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
Involvement in succession roles or CEO-track responsibilities.
