What Youll Be Doing
As a Sales Advisor, you will:
* Guide customers through their journey, from first enquiry to final purchase in person, by phone, email, or live chat
* Build product knowledge (full training provided) and use it to recommend the right solutions
* Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure sales with professionalism
* Respond promptly to inbound enquiries with clear, helpful information
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through genuine customer engagement
What Were Looking For
To succeed as a Sales Advisor, you should bring:
1. Experience in sales or retail, ideally within furniture or home furnishings
