We are working with a global financial organisation to recruit multiplepliance surveillance analysts to work on the surveillance team responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight for a suite of surveillances designed to detect behaviours that may violate regulatory rules or internal policies and procedures. These roles will be for 12 months with a possibility of extension or permanent positions. Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will be part of the project team, and you will be responsible for:
1. Reviewing and investigating trading alerts for firm, employees, and clients
2. Documenting findings clearly and escalating issues when needed
3. Analysing trade data and support responses to regulators
4. Handling general tasks like enquiries, hotlines, data entry, and followingpliance rules
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to possess the following skills/experience:
5. Previous relevant experience preferred
6. Some knowledge ofpliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies
7. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
8. Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
9. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
10. Strong project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
11. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
This role will require you to be in the Belfast office 3 days per week.
