Hybrid - any office base across Scotland: Edinburgh (Head Office), Glasgow, Irvine, Inverness, or Thurso
£45,000 - £48,000 + excellent benefits
An established organisation in the public sector housing industry is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner within the Finance & IT team. The role is responsible for key financial processes, accurate reporting, and maintaining the financial performance of the organisation.

Role Overview
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
* Line manage Finance Assistant(s)
* Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset register
* Deliver monthly management accounts and reconciliations
* Oversee accounts receivable and invoicing processes
* Monitor bank accounts, cash flow, and reconciliations
* Assist with budget monitoring and statutory accounts preparation
* Identify and implement process improvements within the finance team
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* AAT qualified, equivalent professional qualification, or 5 years relevant experience
* Experience working in a finance team, meeting deadlines, and using financial systems
* Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and with colleagues
* Line management experience
Desirable:
* Experience preparing statutory year-end accounts
* Budget monitoring experience
* Knowledge of the housing sector
