Project Worker – Immediate Start Worcestershire £20.00 – £24.00 per hour Full or part time hours available About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Project Worker to join our customers team immediately. This role involves working with vulnerable young people, including looked-after children, children with autism and neurodiversity, and those who have experienced harmful sexual behaviour. You will provide high-quality, trauma-informed support, helping young people develop safe, healthy relationships and make positive changes in their lives. This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, and we are seeking someone who is well-trained, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct, one-to-one support to young people in line with our programmes and safeguarding policies. Work closely with families, carers, and professional agencies to provide consistent support. Contribute to assessments, reports, and progress monitoring. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development. Maintain a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for young people. Essential Requirements: Aim 3 qualified (or equivalent experience in working with young people displaying harmful sexual behaviour). Strong understanding of child sexual abuse, harmful sexual behaviour, and safeguarding. Experience working with vulnerable young people, including those with autism, neurodiversity, or in care. Ability to write clear reports and contribute to professional discussions. Experience delivering training or guidance to others is desirable. Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
