A new homes developer seeks a confident, strategic Marketing Manager to join the London team and lead digital, brand and content activity.
This hybrid role (2/3 days in office) offers a rare opportunity to work across digital marketing, social media, brand strategy, B2B communications, and development marketing - allwhile contributing to one of London's most meaningful housing missions.

The Role
Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager or strong Senior Marketing Executive ready to step into a 360 digital and brand role. You'll manage the company's online presence, plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns, and support our brand evolution and website redevelopment projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead digital marketing, including social media (especially LinkedIn), content creation, analytics and reporting.
* Drive B2B and corporate communications, representing the client in meetings with senior partners, planning teams and political stakeholders.
* Support major brand projects, including website redevelopment and messaging.
* Manage development marketing campaigns, digital assets, brochures and listings.
* Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers and external partners.
* Produce high-quality copywriting for digital channels, press materials and long-form content.
* Oversee CRM and email marketing (Mailchimp), ensuring campaigns are targeted and compliant.
* Attend on-site visits across London and support occasional weekend events.
You'll need:
* Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, or Senior Marketing Executive.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
* Ability to operate confidently in corporate, political or public-facing environments.
* Proven experience in social media management, content strategy and digital campaign planning.
* Excellent copywriting, brand storytelling and project-management skills.
* Comfortable with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, CMS/website platforms and CRM systems.
* Someone curious, proactive and able to work independently and think strategically.
* Sector experience welcome but not essential (property, housing, regeneration, real estate, hospitality, cultural or corporate sectors all considered).
