Working as part of a specialist and dedicated HR & Employer relations team, you will be delivering a high-quality HR and Advisory service to managers across Hampshire.
This role is initially a 3 - 6-month fixed-term contract but has scope for longer term.
As a Senior HR Advisor you will be :
1. Handling the full range of employee relations casework, includingplex grievances, disciplinary, performance, sickness, capability, investigations, dismissal, health and safeguarding.
2. You will be undertaking case planning, robust investigations, report preparation, and attending formal hearings.
3. You will provide advice and support across the full range of typical and moreplex employee relations issues.
4. Potential to provide advice and support on staff restructures and redundancies.
5. Provides advice and guidance on HR issues to HR Advisors including QA of case documentation, investigation report and bundles.
6. Able to develop and deliver line manager ER training to enhance knowledge and skills
Candidates
7. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Practitioner who will be CIPD qualified or have relevant experience dealing with multipleplex employee relations casework.
8. Ideally, experience of HR within aplex unionised environment public sector, NHS or similar. But not limited to this…. If you have other fast-paced,plex environment background
9. Have a pragmatic approach to solving problems, identifying risk and rmending options with a good grounding of employment law and best practice.
10. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills will ensure that you have the confidence to advise, influence and critically challenge educational professionals, HR colleagues and Union representatives alike, to ensure cases are resolved successfully in a timely manner.

12. Location - Winchester with 1 -2 per week on site.. However, there is also possible travel to sites within Hampshire as needed for cases
