Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in Milton Keynes up to £60,000 + bonus + benefits

A well-established B2B MarTech software business, working with organisations across multiple sectors to improve marketing performance, attribution and lead generation.
Marketing plays a central role in building brand awareness and driving demand, working closely with sales and product teams.
The Opportunity
This is a delivery-led Marketing Manager role, reporting into the Head of Marketing.
You will be responsible for executing the marketing plan, building brand awareness, generating leads, and ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, contributing ideas and insight, but with a clear focus on turning strategy into action.
You'll also get opportunity to line manage a Demand Generation specialist (to be hired immediately), setting priorities, maintaining quality, and ensuring consistent execution.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Deliver the marketing plan to support brand awareness and lead generation
2. Manage Paid Search and Paid Social (primarily Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads), either hands-on or by directing agencies effectively
3. Own SEO delivery (on-site, off-site and technical), working with agencies and developers where required
4. Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix:Marketing emails and nurture activityOrganic social contentCampaign messaging, copy and visual direction (using tools like Canva or Adobe)
5. Brief and manage external copywriters, designers and agencies
6. Hire, line manage and support the Demand Specialist
About You
You're a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager who takes pride in execution quality.
You're driven to deliver, collaborate and raise standards and you're now looking for a role where you can own execution, manage a direct report, and contribute to strategy without being solely accountable for it.
You'll likely bring:
7. B2B marketing experience within SaaS, technology or professional services
8. Strong experience across paid media, SEO and campaign delivery
9. Experience across CRM, email and other tech platforms
10. Confidence writing copy and shaping creative
11. Experience managing agencies or team members
12. A collaborative, driven mindset with high standards
