Nursery Manager Salary: Scale 5, points 12-17 - Actual salary: £23,025 - £24,977 per annum depending on experience (£27,711 - £30,060 FTE) 35 hours per week - term time plus 5 days Provisional Start date: Monday 18th August 2025, to be agreed upon appointment. Broadway First School are about to embark on an ambitious and exciting journey to expand its Laugh ‘N’ Learn Preschool provision. From September 2025, Laugh ‘N’ Learn Nursery will open its doors to babies from 9 months old. The governors of Broadway First School are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly committed Nursery Manager to lead this new chapter for the school. The Nursery Manager will hold a minimum of a Level 3 approved qualification together with a proven track record of working in a similar setting for at least two years, demonstrating in depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Safeguarding, Special Educational Needs and the wider legislative requirements for working with young children. You will have a strong commitment to driving improvement in the education and welfare of young people and be able to deliver the school’s ethos and values within the setting in an organised and creative manner.
