Key Responsibilities:
* Perform high-quality MRI scans independently, adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
* Support and participate in clinical audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team while demonstrating autonomy in daily tasks.
* Contribute to process improvements and help shape best practices within the lab.
* Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years MRI experience within a clinical or diagnostic setting.
* Ability to work independently, manage workload, and make clinical decisions.
* Experience with audits and quality assurance processes.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within a fast-expanding organisation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
