Job Description: Payroll and HR Systems Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-savvy individual to support our HRIS team in processing time and attendance data, including end-to-end weekly payroll. The role involves:

1. Processing weekly and monthly end-to-end payroll and resolving wage queries promptly.
2. Ensuring sites accurately update time and attendance records (e.g., holidays, absences).
3. Using HR systems to maintain accurate records of attendance, holiday entitlement, and days present.
4. Processing self-certificates and doctors notes in HR systems.
5. Calculating and recording sick pay details onto HRIS.
6. Calculating and paying holiday pay.
7. Recording and processing annual pay reviews, temporary upgrades, discrepancies, queries, new starters, and leavers.
8. Collaborating with managers to gather information for payroll, addressing pay queries and adjustments pre- and post-payroll.
9. Ensuring HRIS data alignment regarding organizational structure and management.
10. Completing system password resets.
11. Producing accurate reports (e.g., overtime, holiday usage, working time directive breaches).
12. Handling additional office administration tasks such as filing and miscellaneous jobs.

Requirements include previous experience with end-to-end payroll processing, working with time and attendance data and HR systems, high attention to detail, proficiency with large data sets, strong analytical skills, good IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel), and organizational abilities. Some bank holiday work may be required with time off in lieu.
