Leaders in Care are recruiting experienced Social Workers on behalf of a progressive local authority’s Corporate Parenting service.

What you’ll be doing:
* Carrying out statutory work with looked-after children
* Completing assessments and care planning
* Attending court and preparing reports
* Promoting stability, safety, and long-term outcomes
* Ensuring education, health, and wellbeing needs are met
What you’ll bring:
* Social work qualification and SWE registration
* At least 1 year’s post-qualifying experience in children’s services
* Strong understanding of legislation and child protection procedures
* Ability to work under pressure and in a team

Benefits:
* Annual Leave: Up to 32 days based on grade and service length.
