Role Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes up to Level 3.
* Plan, coordinate, and develop engaging and industry-relevant curriculum content.
* Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential and improve employability prospects.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and assessment.
* Work collaboratively within a dedicated team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
* Extensive industry experience in the motor vehicle sector.
* A relevant Level 3 qualification in the subject area.
* A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or a willingness to work towards one.
* Organised, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with SEN students is desired but not essential.
