You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN/EAL team to support the student's academic progress, language development, and integration into the school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and in-class support for a Turkish-speaking EAL student Support language acquisition and understanding of lesson content Assist the class teacher with adapting materials where appropriate Promote engagement, confidence, and inclusion within the classroom Support the student's social and emotional development during the school day Essential Requirements: Fluent in Turkish and English Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable) Understanding of EAL needs or a willingness to learn Patient, reliable, and able to build positive relationships Right to work in the UK Why Join Us?
