Customer Journey Optimisation & UX Manchester (hybrid) £32k - £35k Our award-winning client is looking for someone who loves blending creativity, data, and user experience to build better digital journeys. The right person will have a few years’ experience in paid social, CRO, or UX. You’ll play a key role in delivering Customer Journey Optimisation, connecting the dots between creative production, ad optimisation, and UX/CRO to help brands deliver truly connected, high-performing experiences across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, X and beyond. In a nutshell This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance Help test and refine ads before launch, making sure they’re built to perform from day one. Stay plugged into the latest from platforms like Meta and TikTok (plus tools like Hunch) so we’re always ahead of the curve. Turn ad and site performance data into actionable insights that drive creative and UX decisions. Spot opportunities for rapid optimisation and long-term experimentation. Lead user research projects (interviews, surveys, usability testing, persona dev). Present insights and UX recommendations directly to clients. Proactively improve user journeys and client satisfaction. Be the link between clients, creatives, and product leads to ensure projects are on time, on brief, and driving results. Confidently present work internally and externally (bonus if you enjoy new business pitches too!). Develop case studies that show off the impact of your work. Use insights from AI tools and new platform features to keep campaigns fresh and future-ready. What does success look like? Improved client performance across paid social, UX, and CRO.
