What to expect...
21. Make sure funeral arrangements, memorialisation orders and aftercare services are perfect.
22. Ensure compliance, accuracy and high attention to detail throughout.
23. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
24. Ensure correct care of the deceased, for example, conducting daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families.
25. Be proactive in community engagement initiatives.
What we're looking for...
26. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
27. Excellent communicator with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
28. Can display resilience and be comfortable working alone in the funeral home.
29. High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.
Training...
30. Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
31. Travel to other sites will be required.
