The Role As our General Venues Manager, you will take full ownership of daily operations, leading a diverse team and ensuring excellence across service, food & beverage, live events, and guest satisfaction.
You will be the heartbeat of the venuebalancing operational discipline with the spirit and creativity that define this unique establishment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all front-of-house and service operations to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day running.
Maintain outstanding food and beverage standards, including presentation, quality, and speed of service.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members and supervisors, driving a positive and high-performing culture.
Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, health & safety standards, and venue policies.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Implement and refine operational procedures to maximise efficiency and elevate service standards.
Monitor financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure excellent product availability and quality.
Support innovation across menu offerings, service delivery, and guest engagement.
Uphold the brand values and reputation of The Company.
Proven managerial experience within a live music venue, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment .
Strong background operating in high-volume, fast-paced settings .
An inspiring leader who can motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent understanding of food safety, compliance, and operational best practice.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask under pressure.
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in culinary or service roles is a bonus.
Hospitality or culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential.
