Salary: £28,496 – £31,200 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Who We Are Looking For
* Aged 22 or above (to meet Ofsted regulations)
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, working directly with young people
* Valid manual driving licence
Key Responsibilities
* Build positive relationships with children and young people, supporting them to develop self-esteem and life skills
* Safeguard and meet the individual needs of children in your care
* Engage with children requiring varying levels of supervision and support
* Supervise staff and lead shifts, including managing policies, procedures, risk assessments, rotas, and ensuring placement plans and educational needs are followed
* Provide guidance and support to residential staff, ensuring high standards of welfare and care
