We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a leading Manufacturing within the Pipe Industry based in Oldbury that are looking to expand their workforce and recruiting for a skilled and experienced Multiskilled Machinist. Key Responsibilities * Safely transport raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the shop floor using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling as appropriate * Stage materials for welders according to job orders and production schedules. * Assist with loading and unloading trucks or deliveries as needed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of material storage areas and workstations. * Support welders and other trades by fetching tools, consumables, and equipment as required. * Communicate with supervisors and welders to prioritize material movement and ensure workflow continuity. * Monitor inventory levels of materials and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor. * Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. * Perform other general labour duties as assigned. * Able to use basic maths and English skills to complete paperwork and/or work machines e'g band saw.
