Sales & Logistics Coordinator
Salary - £25,000 - £33,000
Location: Oaksmere
Hours 8:30AM – 15:30PM
In the return the client is offering 25 days holiday plus bank, competitive salary, life insurance 3x salary and 3% pension with opportunities to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the 1st point of contact and support the sales team with order processing, customer queries, and administrative tasks.
• Manage and act as a link between customer, customer services, external sales and logistics
• Source non-stock products
• Coordinate all customer complaints
• Sending out customer samples
• Liaise with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and stock management
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and order information
