Job Overview
The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on a project in Staines, Surrey. The development consists of 350 units, mid to high rise RC Frame build, total value £100m.
Responsibilities
You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into Head of Commercial.
Qualifications
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading mid to high rise RC Frame developments in excess of £100m.
Remuneration
£90k - £95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
