Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join equipment management operation at our Sainsburys RRU site in Northampton. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations. This is a full time, permanent position working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 06:00 18:00. What youll do on a typical day: Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner Deal with all returned products and equipment Support the shift manager with engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads What you need to succeed at GXO: Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills Flexible with hours and shift patterns Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains
