Serious Injury | Senior Associate Solicitor | Southampton | 5+ PQE | ~£60–80k
A specialist Serious Injury team in Southampton is looking to appoint a Senior Associate Solicitor to support continued growth within its claimant litigation practice.
The team handles a broad range of complex and high-value matters, with particular strength in catastrophic injury and traumatic brain injury claims. Acting exclusively for claimants, the work offers significant technical depth alongside meaningful client engagement.
You’ll work on complex files with autonomy while collaborating with experienced colleagues on strategic litigation. The position also offers scope to support junior lawyers and contribute to the ongoing development of the team.
For this Senior Associate Serious Injury Solicitor job, you will ideally have:
* 5+ years’ PQE in claimant serious injury litigation
* Strong experience in catastrophic injury and/or traumatic brain injury work
* Confidence managing complex, high-value claims independently
* Interest in contributing to team supervision and development
Please note: The team is primarily Southampton-based and operates solely from the Southampton office, so candidates should be within reasonable commuting distance, with hybrid working available.
