This role is part of Alcon's Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly. The Sr. Associate, Contract & Tender Management (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing reports, managing tender documents, and negotiating contracts with external customers. You will be expected to build effective and meaningful relationships within the Pricing and Tenders Department to resolve price queries and ensure timely submissions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts & Tenders Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in managing pricing, contract administration, and tender processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery. You will work closely with commercial, pricing, tender teams, and customer operations to support business objectives. A typical day in this role will include: Pricing Manage Surgical Quotes inbox and complete customer pricing requests. Maintain product catalogues for NHSSC COS3 and other frameworks. Prepare pricing templates for tenders and manage data requests. Complete GHX templates and update customer pricing once tenders are awarded. Tenders Manage tender inbox and update trackers. Maintain tender response templates and product hub information. Ensure framework schedules and certifications are up to date. Support PAQ form requests and liaise with Med Info and Regulatory teams. Contracting & Invoicing Support Assist with NHSCC invoicing queries and COS3 tracker updates. Support contract uploads and ensure compliance. Provide CPAK setup support and attend key meetings as needed. What We’re Looking For Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in pricing, contracts, and tender documentation. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities across pricing and tender areas. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for internal and external coordination. Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP, Icertis, Conga, Excel, and tender management systems. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve discrepancies and manage compliance issues effectively. Time Management: Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams including Pricing, Customer Service, and Strategic Tender Managers. How can you thrive at Alcon?
