Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for Concrete Production Operatives to join a busy concrete plant in Pinxton and Alfreton. These roles offer great progression opportunities to learn new skills, including semi-dry casting.
Your Role:
* Help set up moulds for concrete pouring
* Apply and remove fixtures using hand tools
* Read basic engineer's drawings
* Move heavy products around the plant
* Check products to ensure they meet quality standards
* Always follow health and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in concrete production or mould setting is a plus but not required
* Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
* Able to lift heavy products and work in a dusty environment
* Good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
* Attention to detail and ability to meet production targets
* Pay: £11.44 per hour
* Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm or 5:00am-1:00pm, Monday to Friday
* Immediate start with the chance to go permanent
Location: Pinxton & Alfreton
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm or 5:00am-1:00pm, Monday - Friday
