Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement / Account Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Taking orders from engineers via phone, email, or our App.
2. Generating delivery notes for stocked items and arranging transfers to branches.
3. Creating third-party purchase orders for non-stocked items in a cost-effective manner.
4. Generating customer quotes accurately and efficiently.
5. Maintaining regular contact with engineers and customers, providing updates on job progress.
