The Recruitment Team Manager is an integral part of the Planet leadership team with oversight of a team of recruiters and their own individual desk. Core Responsibilities • Pro-actively and positively manage your team ensuring a productive and successful working environment. • Training, Continual Development & Succession Planning. • Be a real champion and advocate for your team - celebrating and rewarding their successes. • Accountable for the productivity and goals of your team members. • Contribute individually at a high level - demonstrate your superior knowledge and network across the pharmaceutical/Life Science industry. • Define an effective recruitment strategy, take detailed job briefs from Account Management and Business Development, and manage full cycle recruitment with a core delivery focus. Desired Skills & Experience • Previous Leadership or mentoring experience within a Recruitment Agency in Life Science/Pharma or transferable industry. • Strong sourcing skills • Ability to influence and negotiate with a high level of Interpersonal skills • Real enthusiasm for Recruitment with the ability to inspire and lead by example.
