As an Assistant Store Manager in our Eastbourne Store, we want your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers and your team to drive your store’s performance. You’ll be on the shop floor helping our customers find sleep wellness with the right sleep products, and you’ll support the team in store by being a role model for our consultants. Our unique sleepPRO technology will be a key part of ensuring both customers and colleagues get the best night’s sleep! We’ll provide full training to set you up for success and support your development in management, whether it’s your first leadership role or your next career step.
We want our stores to be places our teams are proud of and where we can showcase our products, so you’ll lead your team to actively engage with customers, move products around, and maintain high standards to create the best sleeping experiences!
Our customers are in when they’re free to shop, which includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This role offers the chance to earn through our fantastic, uncapped commission structure, so being available during these times is essential to maximize opportunities while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
