Job Description
An international, market-leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Case Manager to join its London Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. This is a permanent role positioned within a highly regarded disputes practice known for complex High Court matters, major cross-border work and strategic advisory mandates.
The focus is on managing the end to end logistics and procedural requirements of High Court hearings, ensuring matters progress smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the technical lead for High Court hearing preparation and logistics across multiple matters
• Manage filings, disclosure, bundles and procedural steps, working closely with partners, associates and clients
• Liaise with external providers, including hearing support and technology platforms, negotiating rates where required
• Develop and refine best practice guidance, templates and workflows to support consistency and efficiency across the group
• Build strong relationships with lawyers, clients and internal operational teams to support seamless delivery
• Contribute to ongoing innovation and delivery improvement across the litigation function

• A qualified Lawyer in England and Wales
• Minimum 3 years of experience in High Court litigation
