Job Responsibilities
* Drive the success of the Science Leadership Program (SLP) through meticulous planning, coordination, and execution.
* Report to the SLP Director and collaborate to ensure operational and programmatic excellence.
* Create an outstanding experience for participants across three annual convenings in various global locations including Northern California, Boston, and Oxford, UK.
* Organize workshops and interactive sessions on topics like team management, communication, resilience, and strategic problem-solving.
* Facilitate scenario-based learning, peer exercises, and expert panels to develop leadership skills.
* Manage program design, participant engagement, feedback, impact assessment, external communications, budget, and event support.
Qualifications
* BSc in a relevant field
* Experience managing or coordinating leadership or training programs
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Positive, inclusive, and collaborative working style with high standards of ethics and confidentiality
Additional Details
This hybrid role is based in Oxfordshire with two days on-site weekly. International travel for events is required.
