Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference:

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver a clear and cohesive programme plan
* Lead the end-to-end transformation programme plan for the team
* Build on the existing strength of the team to advise and consult on individual team plans and how they roll up
* Matrix management of the team Project Managers, in consideration of effective ways of working
* Identify and manage the key issues and risks
* Act as a key link between all teams to identify and manage interdependencies
* Work in collaboration across OE & People & Transformation to align and prioritise
* Work in collaboration across the business to align on business wide planning processes
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
* Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to influence at every level and act as a ‘bridge’ for leadership team
* Experience of having managed large scale complex programmes with efficiency and rigour
* Strong Planning & Governance experience and mindset
* Strong consultancy skillset, crafting Exec level collateral
* Experience of managing demands (incoming and outgoing) from different teams across the business and in a challenging environment
* Experience of key programme management methodology and agile ways of working
* Passion for employee experience and a vision for creating world class employee experience
* Curious, open-minded and self-motivated
* Experience of working in a Joint Venture, Merger or Acquisition environment
* Experience of or comfortable with working in a complex, fast paced environment
* Experience of having delivered in a HR transformation environment.
