What will you be doing?
As a Commercial Graduate Trainee, you will learn about the company, its products, and the market, while receiving continuous 'on the job' training. You will also undergo extensive professional sales training to equip you with the necessary skills for a successful sales career.
No two days are the same; expect activities like breakfasts with customers, external events, supplier trade days, and more. It's an exciting environment to start your career!
The Graduate Scheme aims to develop key commercial skills to support business growth and prepare you for future management roles. Internal progression is preferred, offering opportunities for high-performing graduates to advance into management positions.
