Responsibilities
* Managing commercial insurance renewals from initial invitation through to completion
* Handling mid-term adjustments, client queries and general policy administration
* Preparing market presentations and liaising with insurers to obtain terms
* Supporting Account Executives with client servicing and new business activity
* Reviewing cover, identifying gaps and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant
* Building strong day-to-day relationships with clients, insurers and internal colleagues
* Helping to maintain service standards across the team and supporting less experienced handlers where needed
