Full Time Ward Staff Nurse Urgently Required For A Private Hospital In Reading
Dream Medical is working with a number of respected Private Hospitals in Reading and urgently require a full time Ward Staff Nurse to work on the surgical ward. An opportunity has arisen for a Ward Staff Nurse to join the nursing team on the ward. There will be a wide variety of cases which will broaden your skills and support your professional development opportunities.
* Deliver and maintain high standards of nursing care within the clinical areas.
* Be patient focused and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills as well as strong organisational skills.
* Have excellent attention to detail and be capable of managing a wide range of activities and changing priorities.
* Post op and pre op experience would be beneficial but not essential.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing high quality patient care on the ward, working within a multidisciplinary team. The right candidate may be considered for newly qualified nurses or part-time hours, depending on the role requirements.
Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate nursing care and ensure patient safety on the ward.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care plans.
* Support professional development and maintain clinical standards.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant nursing qualification.
* Experience in post-operative and/or pre-operative settings is advantageous but not essential.
* Flexibility to work full-time or potentially part-time hours depending on the hospital needs.
