You will also play an important role within the school's Behaviour Support Room, supporting students who may need time to regulate, reflect, and prepare to rejoin lessons with a positive mindset. This space is central to the school's pastoral approach, providing a calm environment where students can reset and receive additional guidance. Alongside this, you'll help ensure students continue with their academic work during support sessions, enabling them to maintain progress and avoid falling behind. This position is well suited to someone who is calm under pressure, adaptable, and committed to supporting both learning and behaviour with consistency and empathy.
