Responsibilities
Are you a natural leader passionate about motivating and training staff? Do you possess the drive to grow a successful business while overseeing day-to-day operations to achieve Key Performance Indicators? If you are an experienced Optical Manager or have a proven track record leading teams within the optical field we’d love to hear from you.
As a Manager at Specsavers Home Visits, you will lead by example, inspiring excellence and top-notch customer care. Your role involves overseeing both the office team as well as the team out on the road. Your time will be split between the office and in clinic, out on the road seeing patients in their own home.
Our business
Based on the south coast you’ll be providing care to vulnerable patients in their own homes from Chichester across to New Romney.

What we’re looking for
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as a home visits optical assistant. These include:
* Previous optical experience
* Previous experience in a managerial role
* Must have a full UK driving license
