About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator based in Ibstock, responsible for the accurate filing, handling, and storage of confidential documents. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and security.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sorting and organising confidential documents
2. Filing paperwork in line with company procedures
3. Storing files securely in designated areas within the warehouse
4. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and logging of documents
5. Adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies at all times
6. General administrative duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
7. High attention to detail and accuracy
8. Organised and methodical approach to work
9. Able to work independently and as part of a team
10. Basic computer skills
11. Previous administration or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
12. Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
